You can also download a page, a story or the entire edition of TheZenchilada.com to your desktop, where you can devour the entire issue or savor the stories, one bite at a time, offline and at your leisure.
DOWNLOAD IT
To browse through the pages of the magazine, just click on the right-pointing arrow to move forward or the left-pointing arrow to move back. (The arrows will appear when you move your cursor to the center of the outer edges of the magazine pages.) The arrows with a line next to them that appear on the top right and top left corners of the magazine edges will take you directly to the last page or to the front cover, respectively. You can also enter a page number in the center box to go directly to an article or recipe.

All of the other navigation aids appear in the bar that runs under the magazine itself.

ABOUT US
Use this icon to print a single page or the entire issue. We’ve found that a two-step process — downloading the desired pages to your desktop and then printing from the pdf — yields the best results.
PRINT IT
Use this tool to send a link to the magazine to another food lover. Once you click on the icon, you’ll be able to post the issue on your Facebook page or share it via a wide variety of direct links to social media sites and services such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Digg and StumbleUpon. You can also forward it the old-fashioned way via e-mail. (If you love what you see and read, we do hope you will share TheZenchilada.com with others — word of mouth is the best way to support the magazine and help us grow our readership.)
SHARE IT
Each page of the magazine appears as a visual thumbnail. Click on the page you would like to read and you will go directly there. (This is also a good way to return to an article if you have navigated away from the page.) The links on the page numbers in the Table of Contents at the front of the book are also live; click on one and you’ll jump directly to that article or recipe.
USE THE TABLE OF CONTENTS
For best viewing and reading, click on this icon at the bottom of the page and the magazine will enlarge to fill your screen. Then use the right and left arrows to flip through the magazine. When you’re ready to return to the smaller view, just click the Escape button on your keyboard.
READ IT FULL SCREEN MODE
Use this icon to select and download a portion of a page or image to your desktop — or e-mail it to someone else.
CLIP IT
A new zoom panning function called “dragging” allows you to enlarge any portion of a page simply by clicking anywhere on the page and then pulling your cursor across it. (You’ll know the function has engaged when the cursor turns into a magnifying glass.) To get out of zoom mode, just click again anywhere on the page you’ll return to the regular view.
